Hey Rich, yes the Curt Echo part # C51180 is perfectly compatible with the 7-way adapter part # ETBC7. Or, another option is the version of the ETBC7 that we put together specifically for uses with the Echo, the part # ETBC7L which only comes with the parts needed for the Echo.
