First you will need to verify if your current rear door is rated to be used as a patio. I can help you with this if you can give me the tag information on your door frame. If the door is not rated for use as a patio we do have the Upgrade Kit # LC27FR you found. If it is rated for a patio door use we do have the Replacement Cable # LC39FR which you would need 2 of. The mounts for the cables should already be on your door otherwise I can use the door frame tag information to verify the correct brackets you would need.
