-overall width from center hole to center hole is about 39.2"
-overall length from center hole to center hole is about 14.5"
-1st hole to the 2nd hole is 7-5/16"
-2nd hold to 3rd hole is 7-1/4"
This hitch is confirmed to fit your 2006 Chevy Silverado if it is 2500 HD - 6-1/2 Foot Bed.
