Question:
Quick question - on your Wheel/tire package Item TR79VR it lists a speed rating M - 81 mph however, down lower on the page Maximum speed: 75mh speed rating L is one for the wheel and the other for the tire? or is there a misprint? I noticed that the Kenda package KE83JR is the same way M - 81 mph higher on the page, but Maximum speed: 75 mph speed rating L lower on the page. I am looking for a tire/rim combo for an enclosed car hauler 14K GVWR with currently with 235/80-16 on it 8x6.5. Preferably at least M speed rated or N and H or G load rating. Or a change to 17.5 or 19.5 rim combo, however it appears that I only have 34.5 inches from center to center which may limit my options there.

Hi James,
It would appear to be a typo for the second item description. All Triangle tires are rated for 81mph (speed rating N) so the Triangle ST235/80R16 Heavy-Duty Radial Tire w/ 16" Black Mesh Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 - LR G # TR79VR would fit all of your requirements. I looked into the Kenda # KE83JR and it appears that is wrong too. The tire is Triangle and would also have an 81mph speed rating. I've sent in updates to get both corrected, but both have a speed rating N and load range G so you would be able to go with either tire/wheel combo.

Thank you Kevin, I think you might have meant speed rating of "M" (as that is 81mph), I believe "N" is 87 mph, but I could be wrong. Either way, thank you for putting the request in to correct those on the website.
