Is there Trailer Wiring For a 2019 Ford Edge SEL Which Does Not Require a Power Wire Under the Car?

Question:
Is there any wiring for a hitch that one doesnt have to run a wire under the car to the battery. I dont trust ramps and I dont have a lift. Have a 2019 Ford Edge SEL.

The only Wiring # C89FR options for your 2019 Ford Edge SEL are going to require running a power wire to the front battery. This is due to the factory wiring not being capable of carrying enough power for the additional trailer lighting. An option to consider is running the power wire through the floor inside your Edge rather than underneath it. This would likely take a lot more time due to having to pull up trim panels and route the wire securely under the carpet.
