I was wondering what are the torque specs for the U bolts on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma with the Timbren setup?

Randy, the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # T62FR does not have specific torque specs. The torque specs you need to follow would be whatever the OEM specifications are.
