Troubleshooting A Furrion Camera System That Won't Power On

Question:
I have a 2019 f250 ,a 2022 grand design 23 g trailer. I have the furrion s back up camera. All of my lights on the trailer work but the camera does not. I was told to get a 7 way adapter switch to go between truck and trailer. I did and the camera still does not work. I had a 2016 f350 last year and it worked. HELP please.

I would start by checking the camera itself to make sure it's getting power. If it's pairing and then loses the signal as the voltage drops that would be addressed by the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter for Furrion RV Observation Camera item # FR87PR. However, if it's not getting any power at all then you've got a short in your wiring somewhere. If the camera is receiving power then it's the camera itself that has gone bad.
