Question:

Do these tires come already balanced or will I need to take them to my local tire shop for that?

The combination trailer tires/wheels that we offer, including the Kenda Loadstar Trailer Wheel/Tire # AM3S334 that you referenced, are not shipped in a fully dynamically-balanced state. They are, however, mounted with the tire's low spot matched to the wheel's high spot, which provides a degree of balance that is generally fine for applications on a trailer.

Automobile tires/wheels, on the other hand, are dynamically balanced when they are mounted together. This process requires the specialized equipment commonly found in a tire shop.
