  It looks like the center of the tire has worn faster than the outer edges which is a tell tale sign that it has been overinflated or it is a different load range than the rest.   Even when stored in the somewhat controlled environment of a garage, tires are still subject to dry rot and flat spotting. Even if the tire tread has plenty of depth left and you can't see any cracking with the naked eye, the generally accepted rule of thumb states that trailer tires should be replaced after about 6 or 7 years.
