Hey Mike, I wouldn't think that RockyMounts would get sued for the design of the GuideRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY97ZR although I do see how they are pretty similar. RockyMounts is pretty smart so I am sure they paid attention to any patents that 1Up has.
