Will this work with loading both the Aventon Level 2 StepThru and the Specialized Como StepThru both with front and back fenders?

I do have an option for you but the RockyMounts GuideRail Bike Rack part # RKY97ZR is a wheel mount rack so it won't work with your Aventon Level 2 Step Thru and Specialized Como Step Thru as they both have fenders and you can't use a wheel mount rack on a bike with fenders, generally speaking. Instead, I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack part # TH903202 which is common among Aventon owner's. It has ramps for easy loading, wheels for greater maneuverability, and locks for security.
