Recommended Bike Rack for a Carbon Frame Bike and an E-Bike w/ Fenders

I am looking for a bike rack that can accommodate a carbon bike and an electric bike with fenders. Will the Rocky mount guide rail fit with fenders? Do you have any other suggestions?

I have a solution for you but I wouldn't use the RockyMounts GuideRail Bike Rack item # RKY97ZR on a bike with fenders unless they stop well before the 12 o'clock position of your wheels. Instead I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack item # HLY84FR and then you'll want to use the Bike Frame Adapter Bar item # HRBA-PRO with your carbon frame bike.
The Sport Rider SE item # HLY84FR is a frame mounted bike rack that will eliminate any concern you have about damaging your e-bikes fenders. This rack has a 80 lbs per bike capacity and the wheel cradles can be adjusted to fit tires up to 5" wide. This bike rack fits a 2" receiver and can be used with any motor vehicle including an motorhome.
The Bike Frame Adapter Bar item # HRBA-PRO will protect your carbon bike's frame by attaching to your seat post and the handlebar stem. This will allow the ratcheting hooks on the Sport Rider SE to secure your bike but not damage the fragile frame.
