I ordered a curt 13146 and they claimed it would fit a 2024 honda pilot. however it turned out to be about 5 inches too wide and of course the anchoring screws wouldnt fit. is this hitch the appropriate width for a honda pilot 2024? and will you pay for its return if i order it and it does not fit?

Hey Sal,
The correct Curt trailer hitch for a 2024 Honda Pilot would be the Curt Class 3 Trailer Hitch # C22HR (13472). The 13146 is a fit for 2016 - 2022 year models. If you plan on towing a trailer then you'll want to pick up the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C48ZV to transfer your light signals to the trailer.
