Hello John. We do offer center caps for the 8 lug wheels. Take a look at the Phoenix USA Rear Wheel Center Cap # PXPH1843. This will fit wheels with a 8 on 275mm bolt pattern and will fit hubs with a diameter of 6-1/2" or 8-1/4". So, as long as your wheels meet these specifications it will work well. Hi Jose, Phoenix USA doesn't list the lug nuts of the Phoenix USA Rear Hub Cover w/ Pop Out #PXQ820R as a replacement item but I'm sure if you gave them a call they be happy to send you some replacements.
