Hi, what is the difference between these two? Thule TH44VR Thule TH53GC

Hey Christopher,
The Thule Helium Platform XT Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH53GC is just the newer version of the # TH44VR and comes with slightly more capacity at 45lbs versus the 37.5lb capacity of the # TH44VR and 2 extra inches for the maximum wheelbase capacity (52"). The # TH44VR will eventually be phased out once stock is gone.
