Question:
I am considering buying the Curt trailer hitch 13385, but have a question about the stock Honda hitch wiring harness. The Honda hitch wiring harness is bolted to a small socket bracket. Does the Curt trailer hitch provide an attachment point for the socket bracket? If not, then how does the trailer wiring harness attach to the Curt trailer hitch 13385?

Expert Reply:
Hey Elias, so the Curt hitch part # 13385 does not have any brackets built into it for attaching to trailer wiring. When we installed the Tekonsha trailer wiring harness part # 118400 on a similar Ridgeline we took the cover of the 4-way and wrapped it around the safety chain loop of the hitch to secure it up and out of the way. That's what I would do if I were you.
