The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7311 will fit your 2015 VW Jetta Sedan with the TDI engine. There is not going to be a difference between your TDI and the other Jetta models for this receiver.
The 4-Way # 118572 will allow you to connect to small trailers you might need to tow. And it will allow you to run Auxiliary Lights # C53201 should you have a hitch mounted bike rack or other accessory rack which could impair the view of your Jetta's tail lights.
