Hello Brad. We do have a potential wiring solution for your 2008 Range Rover. Unfortunately we do not carry an equivalent of the YWJ500480 wiring harness that you mentioned. That appears to be a custom fit OEM harness, and our wiring kit would be a much more universal application.

Our wiring solution would be to use the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 along with the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7. This will include everything you need to wire the vehicle with a 4-way and a 7-way plug just like the YWJ500480 harness. The main difference is that our kit will require a lot more wiring and installation time since it is not a custom fit solution. I know this might not be exactly what you are looking for but I have included a few install videos below if you are interested.
