Question:
just put a kodiak khr10d rotor/hub on my boat trailer. Perfect! New problem : The axle nut is secured by some stupid washer with 2 prongs on it. They have to get bent over. These things are a big pain in the backside to deal with. I want to go back to the conventional cotter pin way of securing the axle nut. Im assuming that means new spindles?? Your input is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Thanks for reaching out, Don!
Your Kodiak 10" Hub-and-Rotor Assembly # KHR10D fits on a #84 Spindle like part # TRU74FR. You can swap over to the Spindle Nut Kit for EZ Lube Axles # RG05-100 which is a much more simple design.
A lot of people have complained about the tang washer setup so you're definitely not alone in your feelings towards it!
