Question:

I have Dexter 2,200 lb Torflex axle with the older-style E-Z Lube spindle assemblies that use a tang washer p.n. 5-101 to retain the spindle castle nut. Can I use the newer style RG05-100 spindle nut / retainer clips to replace my castle nut / tang washer system?

I spoke with my contact at Redneck and he informed me that yes, the Spindle Nut Kit # RG05-100 should work well on your trailer that the Tang Washer part # 5-101 is recommended for.
