If you're able to reuse your motor then I recommend going with the Bulldog 2-Speed Jack # BD183902, but if the motor is unusable then I recommend the Square 2-Speed Jack w/ Crank - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return # TJD2SP-12000SP-F instead.

Unfortunately, there aren't any replacement gearboxes or electric motors for your Bulldog jack so you're left with the options I referenced above.
