I have found electric drive motors for the bulldog 2-speed jacks but I cannot find one for this RAM 2-speed. Do you have one that will work with this unit?

The Ram Square 2-Speed Jack part # TJD2SP-12000SP-F does not have any sort of compatible powered drive kit available. That said, if you were to go with the Bulldog Square 2-Speed Jack part # BD183816 you could then use the Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit part # BD1824180100.
The Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit may be able to used with the Ram Square 2-Speed Jack but there could be modifications required.
