Whats the difference between the etrailer base plate and the Demco base plate? They look identical - is there a weight capacity difference?

The etrailer # e84FV and Demco # DM9519343 look identical because they are. The only real difference here is the price.

Thanks for getting back to me Robin, but I find it interesting that the base plate with the "etrailer" label wouldn't ship until late June. I can't wait that long so had to order the base plate with the Demco label, which has already shipped.
