We actually have a few different options for installing a gooseneck hitch on your 2019 Ford F-150.
B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BW77FR
Reese Max Duty Removable Above-Bed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # RP22VR
Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Custom Installation Kit # DT78PR
Fold-Down Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Custom Installation Kit # 8339-4491
Personally I would choose the B&W # BW77FR as the square shank gives you some more versatility like using an Offset Ball # BWGNXA4085 or 5TH Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3400. The ball also stores inside the hitch when not needed. Be sure to also get the In Bed Wiring # 41157 so you will not have to plug in to the bumper connection.
