I have a Curt goose neck. hitch on my 2011 f150. I am buying a 2017 f150 will the 2011 hitch fit?

You would need to upgrade to a Curt hitch part # C607-649 as the hitch fits for the 2017 Ford F-150 only go back to 2015 so your 2011 hitch would not fit in your new truck.
