Will The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Stabilizer Help Prevent Movement Between The Hitch And Accessory

Question:

I have a 2” hitch on my Rav4 and a 1 1/4 “ bike rack. So I purchased a hitch expander/adapter sleeve. This makes it fit but there’s still a bit of play in it so the rack moves a lot, will this it’s stabilizer help with that? Thanks

The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Stabilizer for 2" Hitches # e99007 would clamp against the trailer hitch and adapter that you have in place and can be tightened to prevent movement, just like you were wanting. If you're have issues with the bike rack connection to the adapter you can also pick up the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 1-1/4" Trailer Hitches # RM-061-125.
