Question:
what are the differences between the double lock and the EZR double lock and does Curt make a gooseneck hitch with a square hole for the ball? I am looking to install an underbed gooseneck hitch in a 2019 F-150 with a 6 1/2 foot bed. Your website shows that I should purchase a C60607 double lock hitch with a C60649 installation kit. As this is the older style hitch why would this be?

I'll start this off by saying that B&W is the only company that uses a square base on their gooseneck hitch balls; Curt does not offer this as it is proprietary for B&W hitches. When it comes to the difference between the Double Lock and the EZr, the Double Lock has a slightly higher Pin Weight capacity and the placement of the safety chain loops is different on the two hitches. I've added a photo to show the differences, but for the most part they're functionally the same hitch.
The parts that you mentioned with the # C60607 and # C60649 are the two parts that are required to install the gooseneck hitch in your vehicle; the actual Curt Double Lock hitch itself is universal, but the installation kits for each vehicle are going to be different and are required in order to mount the hitch to the frame of your truck.
For a complete gooseneck installation for your 2019 Ford F-150 you will need to use the # C607-649, which is the combination of the two parts you mentioned and will fit to the frame of your 2019 Ford F-150
