Question:
I was wondering if this hitch would be the appropriate choice for my 2006 4Runner. I will be towing a pop-up camper. I also, like others, have questions about whether the fascia needs to be trimmed and would like to know if you have a video that shows this installation.

The Draw-Tite, part # 75155, that you referenced will work on your 2006 Toyota 4Runner, but it will require fascia trimming. For a hitch that is also confirmed to fit your vehicle that does not require fascia trimming check out the Curt Hitch part # 13445.
We do not have a video of the Curt hitch being installed but I did attach a video of the # 70779 being installed on a similar vehicle that would give you the basic idea.
