This air distribution box with a wall-mounted thermostat is required when upgrading to a 2026 Advent Air ducted AC system using R32 refrigerant. The unit is not compatible with any systems from 2024 or earlier.
This air distribution box includes a wall-mounted thermostat that controls operating mode, fan speed, and temperature. Use the mode button to switch between cooling and any connected furnace or heat strip settings. The fan can be set to auto, low, medium, or high, and the temperature is adjusted using the arrow buttons on the thermostat. For added convenience, the thermostat also works with an optional remote controller (ADV67QR - sold separately), so you can make adjustments from your seat or bed.
The air distribution box helps connect the rooftop AC to your RV's ducted airflow system, so cooled air can move through the ceiling ducts to vents around the cabin. It also has 2 adjustable louvers at the ceiling assembly, giving you added airflow control in the area directly below the AC unit. A reusable filter helps catch dust and debris before air moves through the system, and the filter can be removed, cleaned, and used again.
This air distribution box works with Advent Air AC units that use R32 refrigerant and meet 2025 EPA standards. It does not connect to any systems or accessories from 2024 or earlier.
