Can I buy a hitch with a 2 inch ball only ? I dont need an acc. Rack or anything else for a 2019 range Rover velar

Yes, you can if you go with the Draw-Tite item # 76260 over the Stealth Hitches item # SH66GR. There's no way to purchase item # SH66GR for your 2019 Land Rover Velar without the accessory receiver.
Both hitches conceal behind your rear bumper cover so visually you won't be giving anything up.
