Absolutely it will, Gunn! (sweet name by the way). The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU24TR will fit all models of the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 minus the ZR2 models.
If you're interested in a complete flat tow setup you're going to need a tow bar # DM9511013-BX, a braking system # SM99251, a battery disconnect # RM-766, and wiring harness # RM-15267.
