I cant seem to find a trailer hitch for a 2023 MB E450 All-Terrain Wagon, which I need to mount my Kuat bike carrier. Ideally a 1.5.

I'm having the same issue Henk, and I do not even see that Mercedes offers a factory receiver option for your 2023 E 450 All-Terrain Wagon. The only help I can offer is we do have the 2" # E17 or 1-1/4" # E-911 which you can take to a local fabrication shop who can weld you up a receiver.
If you need to run any Auxiliary Lights # C53201 on your bike rack the Curt 4-Way # C59236 is a universal option which will allow you to splice into the factory tail light wiring.
