Does the DT47GR fit a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV? Is there any drilling required?

Fred, yes to both of your questions. Yes the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT47GR does fit your 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV and drilling is required for installation.
You also are going to need to trim and temporarily remove some of the underbody panels and the fascia. Attached is an installation video on a 2023 Chevy Bolt EV for you to check out as well.
