Hey Chris, for your 2018 Ram 3500 dually we have the Roadmaster Rear Sway Bar part # RM-1129-144 that fits. The one you mentioned was not designed for the dually models.

I checked with Roadmaster and they do not exclude models of the 2015 Ram 3500 with air bag suspension from the sway bar part #RM-1129-124 so this would work great for you.
