Hi Nichole,

The Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT38GR doesn't come with a wire harness included so you would need to pick up the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467 for your 2015 Subaru Outback. This wire harness will only take a few minutes to install, just pull up a few pieces of trim in the rear hatch area and plug it right in. I've attached a video below where Randy will walk you through the installation process.
