Wondering if the dual hitch would work for towing our TOAD and the higher hitch for a Vespa on a motorcycle carrier

Hey Brian; the answer is likely no, but it depends on the weight of the Vespa. The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter with 2" or 6" Drop/Rise # RM-077-6 has a 400 lb tongue weight capacity, so the weight of the Vespa and carrier, along with the tongue weight of your flat towed vehicle can only be 400 lbs. I assume the weight of those is going to be more than 400 lbs, but if it's not then you can use it; otherwise it would be too much weight.
