Roadmaster Hitch Adapter for Flat towing a 2018 Jeep Rubicon and Two E-Bikes

I would like a hitch adapter beefy enough to tow a 2018 Jeep Rubicon behind a Class A motorhome with a hitch rated for 20,000 lbs. I would also like to carry 2 E-Bikes weighing 70lbs each on the Swagman E-Spec bike rack. Which hitch adapter will accommodate the above?
