Hi, we have a 9.6 BigFoot Camper and we are looking to purchase these steps. There used to be a sissor step that attached to a bracket installed just under the doorway. Is this where we would install this system? Do you have an installation video we can watch before we make the purchase to be sure this will work. We do not have factory bumper with our camper model and there is a basement storage access door located between the door threshold and the bottom of the camper if this helps. Mike

The TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps # TLA8006 are designed to replace the fold out style steps most commonly found on 5th wheel type trailers. For your BigFoot truck camper you would want a system like the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA7846 which is also a 6 step unit like the one you found. This is designed for an entry height of 46-1/2" to 58" tall and is designed to mount on the outside of the camper just below the door. The steps will snap on and off the mounting bracket so you can still access the storage door below your door.

Unfortunately, we do not have any installation videos for these or similar steps at this time as we have not had a truck camper in our shop to have these steps installed. I have included an image of a shorter 4 Step # TLA7844 which shows the mounting bracket below the door.
