How can I mount a 7 way harness to this? Im looking at the universal install kit here specifically: ETBC7

Hi Emily!

The hitches with hidden crosstubes, like the Draw-Tite # 76194 for your 2017 Volvo XC90, look nicer than a standard hitch style but they do present a challenge when it comes to establishing an anchor point for a wiring kit. Some people will simply bolt the mounting bracket that comes with the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 directly to the bumper but I recommend either using the No-Drill Mount Bracket # 18136 by bending this bracket some to clear your fascia, or the Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58003 which clamps around the hitch receiver.
