I have a 2018 ford transit and my current hitch is flipped. Is this possible with this deep hitch?

I believe you are referring to the adjustable shank that comes included with the Reese Weight Distribution System # RE34FR. If this is the case (just let me know if it isn't) it can indeed be flipped so that it's used in either the drop OR rise position. I have attached a cutout from the install manual below that shows the dimensions when used in either orientation.

The Reese Weight Distribution System # RE34FR is designed to fit up to a 7" trailer frame. It will have 8 1/2" of adjustment in the head itself to accommodate for trailers with different tongue heights compared to that of the truck hitch.
