Hey Paul, I am sorry to say that the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18113 is not made in the USA. We do have a few options for a US made hitch cargo carrier. Right now the only options are enclosed carriers. Our made in USA options are as follows:

@PaulJ Mine was marked Made in China. Disappointing since Curt does make so many of their of their hitches in the U.S.. The only aluminum carrier I could find made in the USA was the PakMule (not sold on Etrailer) and it costs 5x the price.
