Is Fascia Trimming Required to Install Blue Ox Base Plate 2023 GMC Sierra 1500

Question:
I have a 2023 gmc serria evolution 3.0 duramax does the bumper need to be trimmed a little where the plates stick through? Looks like the safety hook holes fit through but will the rest of the plate stick though as well? Thanks

Hey Bryan, when installing the Blue Ox base plate kit part # BLU35XR on your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 you do not need to trim the holes on the bumper/fascia where the base plate fits through. The current size works just fine.
