The hand winch FK10510301 you're referring to has actually been discontinued for quite a while now, so I'd recommend checking out the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake # DL14934 instead.

This winch is similar to the Fulton winch you were looking at, but with a bit more weight capacity at 1,200 lbs. However, all of our hand winches are not going to be able to change the side the handle goes into, unfortunately.
