About Fulton High Performance Brake Winch FK10510301 Can we switch the handle from right to left? How much $ Spare parts Brake pads and/or Brake disks ?

The hand winch FK10510301 you're referring to has actually been discontinued for quite a while now, so I'd recommend checking out the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake # DL14934 instead.
This winch is similar to the Fulton winch you were looking at, but with a bit more weight capacity at 1,200 lbs. However, all of our hand winches are not going to be able to change the side the handle goes into, unfortunately.
As for brakes goes, if you let me know what you're looking for I'd be happy to put everything together for you to check out.
