Question:
My 2016 Cherokee was hit and demolished so I picked up a 2020 Cherokee. I want a hitch and was looking at the Draw-Tite and the Curt. I like the fact the Curt doesn't involve cutting. But the install videos seem to have different vehicles. What gives? With Draw-tite its 2 teasers with 4 reused bolts, and with Curt it's all 6 wire teasers. What gives here? Hopefully the kits will be correct, but I apprehensive over the videos being different

You're right, Mike, there two different Jeep Cherokees in the videos for the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75998 and Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13395.
We just had different customers come in with a 2020 Jeep Cherokee and one opted for the Draw-Tite and the other for the Curt, so we were able to get videos for both. That's really the whole story on that, as unexciting as it is.
As for the install, the video on the 2020 shows a Cherokee with the bolts already there. That may not be the case with yours, as some models (mostly Trailhawk) have those bolts there already. Most won't and you'll use all six bolts that come with either hitch. I have added a link below to an install of the Draw-Tite on a '19 Cherokee which shows new bolts being used.
