To convert your Dometic manual awning to a power unit, you can use the Solera 12V Conversion Kit in Black # LC434723 or White # LC434724 if you have a manual crank system.
These Solera kits are compatible with Dometic (A&E) awnings like what you have. All of the necessary hardware is included.

I have a 2003 Terry Travel trailer with a Dometic manual awning that I pull the awning out with a pull strap. What kit do I need to convert it over to power? I really can't aford $800 to do this as well. Randy

Hello, I am interested in converting my manual dometic awning to electric. I see this is the suggested kit. My problem is I have a fifth wheel and only have 65” between the awning rail and the bottom of the trailer. Is there a version of this available? Thanks, Jerry.
