I have an 18' spare tire underneath, will this hitch still work?

Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36114 you're looking at will work with your factory 18" spare tire on your 2024 Acura RDX.
You will have to remove the spare temporarily for install, but it can be put back after the hitch is up.
