To add a hitch to your 2024 Lexus RX 350, I recommend the Curt item # C29VV you were looking at. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Lexus with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
