I have a 2023 Ford F150 hybrid with led lights. Will this work with the led lights or will I need one which specifically states LED lights? Thank you.

Since your 2023 Ford F-150 has the LED lights I highly recommend the Roadmaster Smart Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit # RM38FR which has better diodes to make it compatible with the LED lights. The Demco Kit # DM9523010-54 has some really basic diodes which is why I recommend the Roadmaster over this.
Demco doesn't list out fitment with LED lights but Roadmaster has a few diode kits and they say this newer one needs to be used for your truck.
You'll also need the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 to keep your battery from depleting during towing.
