Will I need to drill into my 2023 Corolla to install the C34UR?

There is a little bit of drilling for you to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C34UR on your 2023 Toyota Corolla, but this is the same case for all of the hitches that fit your vehicle.
If you check out the attached photo you'll see there are two 1" holes you'll drill into your frame for the installation. I'm also linking the installation video we shot of this hitch on a 2023 Corolla for your reference!
