Troubleshooting Trailer Lights Not Working With Power Verified at 7-Way Connector On 2019 Ford F-150

Question:
2019 f150 trailer running lights not working. Power to all turn and brake terminals. Checked all applicable fuses, still nothing. Have replaced factory plugs and harness with new.

It sounds like you have a ground connection issue either on your trailer or the trailer connector for your 2019 Ford F-150. Since you have already verified you have power going to the terminals on your trailer connector a ground issue is the most likely solution. Do be sure to check your light bulbs and fixtures for any damage which may have damaged the lights. The simplest way to do this is using a Test Light # PTW2993 to test for power at the light fixture itself. If you determine you have power going into the light and are able to ground through the trailer you then know the issue is related to the light fixtures.
